Welcome!

Stewards of Indigenous Resources Endowment (“SIRE”) invites you to assist our mission in providing needed trust and estate planning services and education to Native American Indians and heirs of Native American Indian decedent who die without a will.

To the Individual Native American Indian: SIRE offers you tools for writing your Indian Will in compliance with the American Indian Probate Reform Act of 2004 (“AIPRA”). Estate planning documents are defined (such as Advance Health Care Directive i.e. Living Will and Durable Power of Attorney) and provided for incapacitation or end of life planning.

To the Indian Nation: Based on your invitation, SIRE offers you the opportunity to have a licensed attorney travel to your Nation for six to eight weeks to work directly with your tribal members. Our attorney is equipped with a mobile home to provide convenient on-site services to your members.

To the Law Student: SIRE offers Indian estate planning exposure and education as a viable career option. Our relationships with the legal community provide urban Native American Indians access to estate planning services. Training provided through SIRE will provide you the opportunity to receive tangible lawyering experience and skills to build confidence and practicality to your law studies.

To the State Bar Lawyer: SIRE offers an opportunity to receive education on Indian Estate Planning to better serve your Native American Indian clients with their estate planning needs. SIRE also offers pro bono opportunities to service our urban Native American Indian community while receiving hands-on experience working with AIPRA, required federal trust documentation, and aspiring future lawyers.

Please contact SIRE to learn more about our company and the services we provide.

Warmest regards,

Ms. Roberta Armstrong
